Rhythmic Integrity #5 | Pad Exercise
Can you maintain the accent pattern when the subdivision drops out? This exercise is a fun (and challenging!) one to practice along with SYNKD. The first half is in unison and then the training wheels come off for the second have and you have to maintain the subdivision while aligning the accents with the SYNKD sequence.

Time Signature Transitions #4 | Pad Exercise
The exercises are getting more and more challenging! This particular exercise features alternating 4/4 and 15/16 measures with paradiddles and hertas. Each measure has and additional herta and then they’re removed one at a time. But don’t get tripped up by that missing 16th note every other measure- those 15/16 measures are a doozy!

Rhythmic Integrity #4 | Pad Exercise
Bury the click! Rhythmic Integrity #4 is meant to focus you on timing/precision with the first two bars and then transition to a double-time version for the two following bars. The SYNKD rhythm chain emphasizes the accent pattern while you're responsible for playing the accent pattern AND the subdivision.
